About Me
I'm Zac George, a lifelong athlete and experienced coach who’s as passionate about the finish line as I am the journey. I spent over 15 years playing soccer up to a first grade level, and I achieved minor success as a youth sprinter before discovering the joy of middle and long‑distance running.
I launched my coaching career as a personal trainer, working one‑on‑one with kids and adults to build strength, speed, and confidence. Over time I honed a speciality in technique analysis using video breakdowns and targeted drills to refine form, boost performance, and reduce injury risk. With my main focus now being runners.
Whether it’s teaching young cross‑country runners to strike efficiently or guiding busy marathoners to peak fitness, I bring the same science and experience‑backed methods and genuine care to all my athletes

Today, I offer both in‑person and online coaching, blending personalised training plans with hands‑on form work, group Zoom seminars, and youth speed & agility programs for running-based sports.

Setting The Goal
The first step on our journey is finding your 'WHY?' and setting your goal. We then set achievable stepping stone goals through smart programming to get there.

Refining Technique
For the average runner, a small change in technique can improve running paces by 10s+ per km! This is just one cue. Refining your technique as a whole is crucial for better performance and enjoyment. I know how to fix your form.

Nutrition
We will find strategies to optimise your nutrition. Whether that is tracking food with specific calories, macros and food eating guides. Or just some simple tips to push you in the right direction.

Strength & Conditioning
My firm belief is that 99% of people need to be in the gym in some capacity. For optimal health and performance this isn't optional. We will create the perfect S&C plan for you.
