Also known as 'Track Tuesday', this is our most popular group, attracting as many as 20+ people! Sessions are every Tuesday at Adcock Park Athletics Track at 5:30pm for warm up.
We start our sessions with a comprehensive warm up including jogging, dynamic exercises, drills, and strides. The main session is usually an interval session that is periodised to have you feel best and perform at your sharpest. This session can either be time based or distance based but is always catered for all fitness levels
We finish our sessions with a cool down jog and our famous 'Kenyan Cooldown' (when time permits) where we do a short routine of dynamic stretches to wind down after a hard session! An amazing community of runners has been built through this group session and we invite any new runners to jump on board!
